Missing/Stolen Packages

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES.

B'uneek Kollection LLC provides customers with the option to track their packages. In the event the tracking information states that your items have been delivered to the address on file, but you have not received it, you must contact United States Postal Service. You can contact them at 1 (800) 222-1811 for domestic and international USPS tracking. Please contact your local mail carrier and post office to file a claim.
